1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days. Please note that “processing” begins only after your prescription has been received, reviewed, and approved by our licensed pharmacy team.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • Verification: If we require additional information regarding your prescription, processing time may be extended while we communicate with your healthcare provider.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35.00.
  • Calculated Rates: For orders under $35.00, or if you choose an expedited shipping method, the applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging & Security

  • Discreet Packaging: We value your privacy. All medications are shipped in plain, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging to protect your health information and ensure the security of your contents.
  • Integrity: Our packaging is designed to maintain the stability of your medications. If you require temperature-controlled shipping for specific biologics or sensitive items, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via our Track Shipment page or directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Destination: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. USMediConnect is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship controlled substances or temperature-sensitive medications to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential address for all prescription deliveries.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive for perfection, external factors such as severe weather, logistics disruptions, or carrier delays can occasionally impact delivery times. USCureConnect is not liable for carrier-related delays.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier branch immediately. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
