Refund Policy

At USCureConnect, we prioritize your health, safety, and satisfaction. Because we operate as a licensed pharmacy, we are governed by strict state and federal regulations regarding the handling of medication. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Prescription Medications (Non-Returnable)

In accordance with federal and state pharmacy laws, prescription medications cannot be returned for resale or credit once they have left our pharmacy.

Once a medication has been dispensed and shipped, it is considered “adulterated” if returned, and we are legally required to destroy it. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any prescription drugs, even if the packaging appears unopened or the medication was not used.

2. Order Errors & Discrepancies

We take great care to ensure your order is accurate. However, if you receive your order and believe there has been an error on our part, we are here to make it right. Please contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong medication or dosage.
  • The medication arrived damaged or the packaging was compromised.
  • Your order is missing items listed on the packing slip.

Reporting an Error: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please email sales@uscureconnect.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the received items.

3. Eligibility for Refund

If our support team verifies that an error occurred on our end, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship the correct medication or the missing items at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want the medication.
  • Incorrect Information Provided: You provided an incorrect shipping address or incorrect prescription information during checkout.
  • Refused Delivery: You refused to accept the package from the shipping carrier.
  • Doctor’s Order Changes: Your physician changed or canceled your prescription after the order was already processed and shipped by our pharmacy.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, USCureMediConnect is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen logistics delays. If your package is lost in transit (not marked “Delivered” by the carrier after 14 business days), please contact us, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier.
